Pull the troops out without resolve. But if I'm a Republican President and we get attacked again I take all the blame because I pulled the troops out. And if I'm a Democrat President and we get attacked again then its all Bushs fault for going there anyway.
You know what really gets to me is the fact that if Kerry was our president right now making the same desisions as bush all you bush haters would be supporting him!

I'd say, the last guy didn't know what he was doing, this has been an awful awful mistake, we haven't even found any WMDs and we're sorry. I'd withdraw troops and give billions in compensation, even though this could never atone for all the lives lost. I'd encourage Bush and Blair to be put on trial for crimes against humanity, too, thereby making an effort to show that America is a decent and honest country at heart, but was corrupted in the past by a few power hungry lunatics.

I do think that withdrawing the troops all of a sudden would cause more damage than good in the near future. It is a mess the republican government has created but you have to think on the implications of the desitions we take now given we do have the mess. A withdrawal is surely needed because we dont need to keep losing american lives but it should start now, be ordered and little by little. Mid eastern governments do recent ours so if we wish to keep Iraq as an "ally" we will have to pay a price and give $$$$ help in exchange for diplomacy and yes, oil.

There is only one way to wipe out any threat to the US from Iraq and that's Genocide Kill all we can and Take it over for ourselves! Or we can just leave for now till they attack us again then the Genocide. History is full of it and its the most effective method of war. War isn't supposed be humane plus even the children over there hate us.

1.Find out what actually needs fixing in Iraq.
2.Use special forces to act while it gets done immediately.
3. Leave a calling card for Iraq to my government and the UN (although Im hearing that might not help), but let them know before I leave what it is we stayed to do and to remind them that we did this and are going to leave but will offer support to some degree, that they are on their own 80-90% and if they try to double cross me I'll stand by and watch them get beat almost to death before I save them (as in start some sh it with Isreal or try to instigate a beef with Iran just for some extra help)
4.Pull my troops out and stop wasting money and my countries support.
5.Invest that money in airline, subway, and public facility security And general Public infrastructure.
6. State to American people over Radio NPR clear objective reached in Iraq, and the need to adjust to changes made to secure America...assure them that I am working hard as hell to do everything in my power to secure america without stepping on personal freedoms (slice my cake and eat it too).
7.Not give leverage to terrorist in my speeches (like making statement that would help or embolden them - keep things objective)
8. Only discuss security tactics with staff and keep while updating fundamental concepts to the media
9. Take that money used for the Mars expedition and restarts Nuclear missile defense. (STAR I believe)
10. Employ new breed of diplomats to re-gain our foreign policy image to the rest of the world...we cant, and shouldn't be able to do this alone - Try to establish America as a Compassionate yet fiercely objective Country.
