If you've tried some of the other suggestions and they haven't worked, you may want to go to a different website for a little while to see if that helps. Sometimes P & S is so full of hot air.

It could be flu symptoms, or some type of cold. You may need to take some medicine and pray that the fever would break. I hope you feel better. And if its your looks...find someone to tell you that you look hot over and over. Maybe that will help you sleep

buy a fan, only use a sheat, umm open a window, turn on the ac, I dont know, sleep in your tub with cold water
