Step 3: Hope that you don't get stuck with Charles Manson at the dinner table.
The country style restaurants that we have down here in Georgia, is when you sit at the table and other people/couples/families sit with you until the table is full. Then they bring out the meal, in serving dishes like Grandma has and you pass the food around.

when stuff is set on the table in bowls,,,, not served on your plate,,, and you take from the bowls to eat,,,, the meat is served on a platter...like your at home
