I am going through the same thing. I have close guy friend that I don't want to say goodbye to bec of getting married. But the right thing to do is you need to make a clean break of this guy friend if you want a healthy marriage. Believe me if you stay in contact with the guy friend there will always be problems bec you will always want to see him again again... I know that it is going to be hard for you but you need to make this decision of what YOU really want. Your husband or your guy friend. Wish u the best!

It's unusual that you're more concerned about losing your friend than the impact on your relationship. Are you sure he's only your best friend? I used to have a best friend and I never thought that I had any feelings for him, but when he got a girlfriend and we stopped being friends I realised how much he meant to me and realised that I did have feelings for him. Make sure you figure it out before it's too late.

You will definitely be asking for trouble because me are not happy with their wives having men as best friends. If I were you, I would truly check my heart to find out why you have a man as a "best friend". Is he gay and you feel he's no threat? Or deeply you get attention from him that your boyfriend isn't giving you? I would suggest premarital counseling before you make any marital vows.

Why would you? As long as whom you're marrying understands that relationship, there isn't any reason why it should end. Or does your "best friend" feel differently about you that just a friend? Or do you? True friendships last. Hugs!

Yes... so long as your hubby to be is aware of who your best friend is and is okay with him. Otherwise you'll find yourself having to chose between the two.

Ummmm... yeah most likely you will lose his friendship after you get married unless, if you have an open minded husband.
