Debbie Travis got to where she is today because she knows what she wants. She also has deadlines and etc to meet. So, in order to get what needs to be done, she is pushy.
Anyone who is a position of authority, who has a deadline to meet, will be pushy and people are going to say, "Wow, what a Witch!".
When all she is trying to do is get the job done and get it done right.
I can't stand to have to make up for others slack or re-do their halfway done job.
