Yes of course, you don't have to be a different race to not like racism. I personally hate it, (I'm white) and if I saw it happening at work I would have something to say, probably to the offending person then if it didn't stop I would take it further!

There are many whites who have outgrown racial tendencies and are man enough to tell off their white counterparts and even report them to authorities. I have seen such cases and they have presented enough evidence to show what wrongs have been done by their brothers. So it is a question of integrity, upbringing and moral standing apart from intelligence. I still maintain that anyone who is racist is still not fit enough to be called mature or intelligent. The opposite refers to them - be they black or white. If you cannot understand why we have different races in the world then you are in the same league as a terrorist and the mind frame is the same.

A white person can accuse another if
the person is smart enough to know that it's racist. All whites don't act the same way.

you may be part of the problem you are calling them whites and blacks you should not use colors to describe people that's wrong we all are people and should stick together regardless of color. you must all face the bully together as a group and let him know there is a problem that you all have with him/her.

Of course! You can accuse someone of doing anything bad to something else. And a lot of white people have morals and are not racist. You can't just assume that because people are a different color that they'll have fun making jokes and derogatory remarks about others.

You have forced me to realise we are all different, I want an article in the newspaper and i'm going to the EU court of human rights to get this question removed. But I want legal aid to pay for it. Thanks :-)
