A.What do you define as "us"? B.What do you define as "safe"? I am assuming by terrorists you are referring to Al Qaeda or a derivation of it. If not, please specify.
This question is impossible to answer on almost every level, congratulations.
Even taken at its most basic possible meaning, American civilians within the 50 states(A) enjoying the absence of a terrorist attack (B) for the duration of her term (and apparently up to 6 years after if we acknowledge the arguments of Limbaugh and Hannity over the North Korea weapons test), it's impossible to know.
Implicit in your question is that safety can be achieved through one type of route. We do not know that to be true.

that's not entirely on her shoulders that is every ones responsibility.from the senate to our people who live in this country.as well as other countries who are being terrorized by terrorism.we all need to take responsibility by doing our jobs correctly and taking that extra step,as well as reporting suspicious activity,we all know there is terrorists in every community living w/us quietly waiting.

Much to the Shock of the Libs she will do much the same as GW. After she gets the intelligence handed to her that Bush and Blair are privy too she will have to make similar decisions much to the chagrin of the lefties and Shehan cry babies.
