according to me good friend can be made by sharing of feelings.
once if you have made friend be in contact with him or her.dont forget to ask her feelings.calll your friend to your house or some where else like hotel.try to send her\him emotional picture messages that he or she can understand that you want to be a good friend to him\her.

well to find a best friend is quite difficult job.You should be well acquainted to the fact that no one is perfect and some flaws are always there in him.You too have some flaws, so accept your friend as he is, do not try to change him or his habits. a great philosopher said,"A woman can have many boyfreinds but rarely a good woman friend."So,accept every friend as your good friend and do not try to find a readymade good friend.You need to change your view and you will get your angel friend.
