It all depends, what state do you live in? Does the company have personnel policies and rules? Are you a union member? In each of these questions there are certain procedural and legal requirements an employer must follow before terminating employment of an employee. You should investigate these questions and if your employer has personnel rules....read them!

The strong thing in your favor is your seniority which counts. The bottom line is your character and reputation in the company. If your a loser the incident will simply provide the employer with the reason to dump you, if you are a reasonably good employee you will probably get some type of punishment but keep your job. Do screw up again!

Probably not if it's your first accident, or even your second. If you do this regularly, you might get canned. Security companies have insurance on the vehicles so you don't have to worry about paying for the damage. If you've been there 1 year and you haven't wrecked anything else, don't sweat it.

if you were careful i doubt it- accidents happan unless you were driving too fast and they can prove it. They must go thru help fast or is it a new company.

No you will be ok just offer to pay for it & I am sure they will be fine. To be honest I cant see them making you pay for it so don't worry!
