The definition of a muscle fiber is an elongated contractile cell that form the muscles of the body. So the terms muscle cell and muscle fiber are synonyms. The muscles are made up of many muscle cells or fibers.

I assume you need an answer cause your biology homework is due tomorrow and you're too lazy to look through your textbook or you forgot it in you locker. But for the sake of education, I'll tell you in the best way possible. Muscle fibers consist of cells, cells that contract to produce movement. So the difference is in the definitions, cell is a general term for a "living building block", muscle fibers is a collection of cells that move body parts.
