jade goody came into big vrother late.....took instant dislike to shilpa ....i think it was more jealousy than dislike...teamed up with jo and danielle...bullied her and called her names like shilpa poppadom......chanel 4 recieved 41 000 complaints...caused huge uproar internationally, jade got chucked out.....had a staged eviction with no crowd...sobbed her eyes out during interveiw with davina...done interveiws sobbing saying she is not racist and all that rubbish..............lol...hope u had a nice holiday.x

Oh, what happened was that Jade Goody got a little upset over the fact that her car had broken down on the way to the mall where she was going to buy a gift for her friend's birthday. The tow truck operator arrived late and Jade was not able to get to the mall before closing time. Jade felt somewhat embarrassed because she arrived at her friend's birthday party without a gift in hand. After explaining to her friend, Lilly Ann, what had happened, she and Lilly Ann just hugged one another and cried all evening. That's why Jade Goody was a little on edge but I'm sure everything is alright now.

All you have to do is look at the news pages on the net! She's been accused of racism and bullying.
If one of the others had been evicted first they would have got all the flak.
Im certainly not condoning what they did, Jade was in the wrong but so were Jo and Danielle, she's been made the scapegoat, unfortunately Jade isn't intelligent enough to realise she might have been causing offence to anyone, the other two are.

Bullying is the ugly side of human nature: whenever we r in a group of a stronger party, we behave differently. ... At least with Jade, what u see is what u get.
i didn't think Jade was racist: she just used whatever "weapons" she could to win the competition n also i think her AGGRESSION was out of INSECURITY/ FEAR (threatened by Shilpa's existence).
Jade was just unlucky that Shilpa decided to enter (why on earth did Shilpa want to enter a trash show in the first place i do not understand, did she expect a royal reception there for her??).
Now Jade's career is ruined n also could b in physical danger (some lunatics out there might use the excuse to attack her for a long time to come) so i think her out of proportion humiliating punishment is harsh enough.
It's time for the public to go easy on Jade on compassionate ground.
No-one is perfect. An eye for an eye n the world will go blind.

She made some comments about a fellow housemate - Indian actress Shilpa Shetty that some people construed to be racist.
Personally I don't think that was her intent - just more dumb remarks from the dumbest person to have walked on this earth.
Some people made complaints, the fact that some people complained made it onto the news then everyone complained - I think over 40,000 in all. Judging by the BBC forums the number one complaint was about the programme itself and that the whole thing should be scrapped and second was about Jade Goody in general.
Apparently Shetty herself doesn't consider the remarks to be racist, something about calling her 'Shilpa Poppadum'. Can't be more specific as I hate the programme and never watch it.

Endemol/Channel 4 edited the episodes to emphasize the racist bullying in a desperate attempt to create controversy and boost low ratings. It worked really well for them.

lets just say stuff was said that was deemed racist. if u ask me, jade is just stupid but not a racist. but why is everyone hating her i think danielle is the biggest racist out of all of them.

Jade is being used as as scapegoat so everyone can have a battle over racists who is and who aint what is and whats not.... if you get me..... oh to live in a peaceful world.

she made a racisct comment about an indian girl and she also bullied her i felt really sorry for sheilpa (the indian girl) with the bullying thing but the racist comment wasn't as bad as it was made out to be
