well as far as making a bear? I dunno. I guess if you wanted to make beer then temperature would be important. Look here.

Yeast has a limited range of temperature where it is active. The water to dissolve it can be tested on the wrist like a baby bottle. Not hot enough to cause pain on the wrist, but warmer than room temperature. During fermentation the beer has to be kept at room temp.

I'll check my cook book but 350 degrees sounds right to get a well done bear number of hours to cook ? i am uncertain ;)

you want the oven hot enough to cook it, not too hot or it will burn
