Raising your health on millsberry is EASY, but it takes a long time. All you have to do is feed your person a healthy diet consisting of all 5 food groups. The 5 groups on Mills are protein, grain, dairy, vegetable and fruit.

I use two different diets to keep up my health and my health on all my accounts is at 100%.

Diet #1:
If your hunger level is grumbly or 'lower' eat the following:
1. Fruit Salad
2. Green Salad
3. Cheeseburger

If you are still not 'completely full' after eating those three items try adding another salad or fruit salad.

Diet #2:
If your hunger level is comfortably full or higher.
1. Lasagna (found on page 2 of the deli section of the grocery store)
2. Fruit Salad

Then if I'm still not "completely full" I supplement with the cereal from Chip's Grabbing machine.

You can also groom to raise your health 1 point per day. Put one of the toiletry items in your house (i.e. a hairbrush) and click on it. On the menu that pops up in the lower left hand corner you will see a 'groom' option. Click that and it will pop up a window that says grooming contributes to good health and it will raise your health 1 point. It can be done only once per day.

If you eat these diets you should see your health rise. It will rise more quickly if it is low (in the 20s for example) than it does when it is high (in the 80s for example) but it will eventually reach 100%.

I've done some testing on the idea that drinking water or changing your clothing raises your health level, but I've found that it has no impact whatsoever.

I feed my people every 3rd day using the cheeseburger/salad/fruit salad diet and all my people are at 100% health (except for the one that just went digging). But I login to millsberry every day. Even on days when I don't feed my people my health can still rise.

A few other things to consider.

- When your health is low, it will rise many % each day. When it is nearing 100% it will rise more slowly.
- Your health does not rise more quickly after digging in the tunnels. The rate at which it rises is tied to the level of health you have, not how you got to that level
- If you login every day your health will rise more quickly than if you only login every few days.
- Your health is not tied to your other statistics (civics, athletics, etc.)

Raising health is one of the most difficult things to do for your buddy. It takes lots of time and hard work. :( Here are some SIMPLE ways to get your health up--and fast!
*If your mills player is hungry, feed him/her a cheeseburger, ceaser salad, and any fruit.
*if your mills player is not that hungry, feed him lasgna and any fruit you like. Or feed him a quesadilla
*(you’ll be able to tell how hungry your mills person is. Simply scroll your mouse over the bar OR go to your home and look under your trophy(ies))
*try to feed your person EVERY DAY. This can be hard. It is okay if you skip a day every once in a while
*don’t give up! It takes A LONG TIME to get all the way to 100%! In fact, when you get to a really high number(like 90% health) it goes up by one percent per day!
*(health goes up quickly after digging in the tunnels)
*when you’re health is at a 100%(and your fitness too) you unlock Kelly in the snowboarding game!!
Good luck!

you go to the grocery store, and buy lasagna, and fruit. each day eat 1 lasagna, and fill yourself up the rest of the way with fruit. you will slowly gain health beacause you are eating the 5 main food groups. also, i think every once in a while eat some milk, or bread.
