U Can Delete That folder,
Provided u r Not Opening any Of Docs in that Folder.
Deleting that folder may not display ur web page content in ur Working Folder assignments.

right click and look under properties to make sure it is not read-only... if that doesn't work attempt to locate the file in that folder that is running in the processes tab of the task manager then ending it. If neither of those works try deleting it via dos... the command is: del

you first change the folder atribute. Then right click the holder, and " delete". Always use the " help" from Windows.

al the abv steps can b used.also if u hv McAfee's antivirus system in ur comp,then u hv 1 more option of 'shredding' that folder/document u mentioned.similar function is provided by another software called 'system mechanic',which goes by the name 'incinerator'.once subjected to shredder r incinerator thr's no chance of getting tht document back!
