iraq bombings ,attacks on poor people? by an elite?

in the last few days i recall a second hand bike market ,
food marketts ,to day a second hand clothing market ,THE DAY BEFORE A SCHOOL ,seems being smart or poor means some ones going to use your death to make a point ,
'
i dont know about you ;is there a pattern there?

Money and supply of weapons seems to be no problem for the people bent on killing poor public and destruction of Iraq. These people have no love for human value, religion and there homeland. Obviously something is wrong some where. We can only pray for the people of Iraq.
