The answer is yes there is a subset of the population that will condemn the President no matter what he says. This statement applies to any President and is not limited to any party affiliation. This is the nature of being the President. Mr. Bush' poll numbers are low which does indeed mean that many people are unhappy with his job performance. However, there is a difference in the groups. Those who hate the President for all he stands for will not be swayed by anything he might say and are already condemning him even though he has not spoken yet. Those who are more honest in their opinions realize that the administration is still capable of positive action for the people and if such were to happen reserve the right to change their opinions and thus also change the poll numbers. These people may still condemn the President, but will do so after they have all the evidence at their disposal, rather than using supposition or predisposition as a benchmark.

With a 28% approval rating, there will be many repuglicans that will not greet the presidents speech with open arms either, even some repuglican congressmen have spoke out about the stay the course on steroids plan. I have been condemning this president for quite some time now and have always felt the war in Iraq is for his own personal gain, so to condemn him after tonight will be easy.

And the rest of the world too.
I didn't know speaking ill of Bush automatically makes one an "islamoloaflafascist" or a liberal. Interesting way of thinking there, Jethro.

Of course ... that's kinda like asking what the color blue tastes like. lol
Bush is a good ol' boy from Texas, he lives not too far from me. I have never found him to be a bad person, he sent our troops to Iraq after 9/11 and everyone was Gung Ho about it. We were fighting back for the slaughter of our people.
Everyone wants to say that this war wasn't suppose to take this long, that he should have already pulled our troops out of Iraq. However Bush stated clearly in more than one of his speeches, when he was sending troops over there, that this would be long and drawn out. That it would not be something that could be quickly solved. Everyone was agreeable to that, until the media started reporting on the death numbers over there. It is on the news daily, as to how many people have died in the war. Thus, people see that and they say, WAIT ... get our boys home, you are killing our children Bush! When they agreed to it long before.
I know many say he is unlearned and outright stupid. But let me tell you, many people in Texas talk like he does, even some of the well trained and certified college professors. It is an accent, and he has to try to slow down and talk slower so as not to studder. People are too critical of him I think. And YES he has done some things I disagree with, but I simply pray for him and our other leaders in government. That is all I can do besides vote my conscious.
I do feel for him really, this is a guy who came from a more rural life. And ... when you put a Cowboy in the White House, you have to know you might just get a Redneck! It's kind of those who voted for him who now talk like they hate him to the bone. And it is those people who make me want to get up in their faces and say ... "Here's Your Sign!"
Good morning - Good evening & Good night!

The presidents' approval rating rating is 28% are you saying that 68% of Americans are ''Islamicfascists''? What you need to realize that this president has brought all of this upon himself..even within his own party many are rejecting his policies..are they ''Islamicfascists'' also? Maybe its time for you too stop blindly following the Bush wagon and find your own.
