once shuts down and just before starts up again plug it out see if that works otherwise dont know

When you select shut down, make sure a box that pops up doesn't say restart. If it does, select the drop down menu and select shut down.

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
