I forgot to add the last sentence. Jay has also shot 5 African-American slaves.

As for Garry, he pillaged a few Southern residences in return for the money.

Ah yes, and Jay is not poor. I was getting in the hang of typing "poor" for each.

I'd say Kansas. Not because he wanted or needed the money but because he has already killed before and he wouldn't care to kill the others off..

Garry. The facts sound the most likely and realistic. How can you blame the man for wanting to make his wife healthy?

Jay wants to get his siblings back, but since the family is poor, it is unlikely that the Northern soldiers would hold them hostage for ransom.

And Kansas is a murderer. He should not profit from his own wrongdoing.

Well I'd say Jay. But I'm confused about Garry. What do you mean by "raid Southern homes." Is he killing innocent ppl there?

Jay, he is the only one who didn't do anything illegal.

Edit: Garry because he didn't kill anyone and is looking to save a life.

Even though during the civil war killing slaves was not illegal, i don't want a racist to get the $$$.
