I am trying to do that now,
however, 3 large items have resisted deletion, ie son nos 2 & 3 plus no.2's girlfriend.
Once these are successfully deleted from my home I shall be able to move stuff about and tidy up

Frequently. Just like my PCs. Similarly the more free space you have to start with the quicker it is to reorganise.

Sometimes moving things to another temporary storage medium (the garage) helps.... :)

Not for a long time. I'm a mac user now, and I don't have to defrag iLife. :P lol

Never really. I suppose, Nature takes care of each one of our lives. And , in the literal sense, we are NOT a mere hard disk or floppy. Disks require fragmentation , NOT full-fledged computers. We are even more than computers: spiritual beings! Praise the Lord!

Just before I accidentally compressed my disk space and found I'd backed myself up.
