No they should not get rid of Phillip or you insane he has been one of the best SEC coaches of the decade and now that he has had one bad season and a mediocre season every one is ready to dump him. I think the Vols had a good season almost beat Florida which they should have won, but the Penn st game was disappointment but i think we will have a good team next year. 9-4 is a little disappointment but they will do better next year GO VOLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No. They shouldn't get rid of Fulmer just yet. 9-4 despite no title or bowl win should allow him one more opportunity to turn things around. If they fail to win more than 7-8 games this year, depending on the reasons of course, dump him and go to Cutcliffe before he gets away again! They have to rebuild the WR corps, a couple spots in the O-line, a new Kicking game and a few positions on defense, though no one section of the defense is depleted. It will be a job, but Fulmer has the tools and the coaches to help him do it. But the schedule is tough, so don't expect more than 9 wins again.
