Hi,
I need a present for a 22 year old bloke, maybe novelty and definatly different and available in the UK.
Any ideas?

Depending on the money available and the 'bloke' concerned, book him in for a bungee jump, a balloon trip or a spell in a racing car for example. If he would rather watch than take part, a couple of tickets to the theatre or some sporting event. If you don't want to spend that much but are good mates - take him to a local gig. If you just want to present a present (sorry about the pun) buy him a small 'gizmo' from an antique shop (or a boot sale if you know what you're doing) and treat it as an investment.
This is a very difficult question to answer because the first thing you consider when buying a present is "What's the bloke like?"
If we are talking pennies rather than pounds, buy him a joke present. Pick on one of his weaknesses and buy him a relevant present, eg. a large calculator if he wears glasses, a small glass if he drinks too much, some scissors if his hair is too long.........
The possibilities are endless.

Depends how much you want to spend? I always suggest a personalised number plate as a unique and unusual gift for a guy, but they are not that cheap!

you can buy the right to become a laird (scottish equivalent of a lord) and lots of other random stupid things that are definitely different!! take a look!
