This is sexual harassment. As a friend/ co-worker I would tell them nicely that if it does not end, you will file charges (you are not required to warn them). If it doesnt end, file charges. Most important document everything, what happened, when it happened, who was around, were there witnesses, and how these advances made you feel at that moment!

You could pretend to be consulting an attorney on the telephone when he happens to be around. Of course keep the substance of the premise just vague enough to make him contemplate the endless possibilties of just what the hell your talking to an attorney about. If this doesn't work just kick him in the "nads".

file a complaint with the person above him or the HR director. keep evidence that you filed a complaint. If they do nothing you have a law suit so they will take care of it. IF they do nothing, get a lawyer and sue. If you are a women you will win.

You TELL him to stop nicely. Document EVERYTHING. If no results go to your HS dept. This is a liability issue. Companies don't like those, they lose them in court.
