We have started training youngsters in and around the Free State Province in South Africa.
We have initiated this program with an aim of training at least 1,000,000 kids to be able to play by 2014. We have sought assistance of local chess players, who are unemployed. These players are continually being trained to become accredited trainers.
The kids we are training at the moment, are mostly from poor families.
We believe in this program so much that we believe that chess can be a solution to developing countries' woes.
Can anybody out there help?
