What is that you are confused? Are you trying to compare MBA education in both countries. MBA finance is a good bet anywhere but USA prefers Leadership, Management, HR etc. I may be wrong but if you could able to get into prestigious institutes in India, you dont need to worry about studying in overseas. Regarding the placement, you could opt later as foreign companies always keep an eye on IIMits.

There are a lot of business related jobs available in US, but to get one you would have to make a lot of contacts while doing your MBA, establish relationships with your professors, get an internship etc. Just having good grades does not mean as much as it would in India. So you have to evaluate your own personality and decide what would be better for you.

buddy before going in any of them check ur pocket it require around 10lakh in India and 25 lakh in Usa (indian currency) but job prospects r definately good in usa.

i thing u.s would be better one.u.s.a is a rich country and its people are practical ,so , i think salary would be more in u.s than in india
