First find a new job and submit your resignation in the present school.

If you are really confident about your claim, you can take up an appointment with the management and express your views. This will open the management's eyes so that other staff do not undergo this trouble, atleast.

I think the best bet right now is to look at your employment contract first. Some contracts are employment-at-will and that will allow some companies to fire a person for any reason or no reason at all. If this act is a clear violation of the contract or you suspect a civil rights violation, then you should speak to a lawyer or ALCU respectively.

You just take ur plead along with valid proofs and move to the High Court. Hire an intelligent lawyer. You can demand for your salary till now, your lawyer fee and for a new job if the previous one dosen't wish to employ you.
