Man should earn and wife should spend. All relatives of my wife are salaried persons. All are earning, all are busy. Income of 1 is sufficient for home. There is NO end of demands. Ladies earn to spend more and for fancy and for fashion / fast foods etc. Simple living is best. More money, more assets, more repairs, more quarrel.
My both unmarried daughters are in Bank service. All are busy and have time for others but NOT for male.

Un-employment can be curbed if we control our population which is growing in binary fission. And i feel anyone who is meritous should get job whether in govt. or private and the question of couple getting govt. jobs does not hold relevance. Another way to prevent rampant uneasiness amongst youth is to totally abolish any form of quota. Days are not far when india will have civil war in the name of cast and quotas courtesy from politicians.

It is not a matter that both husband and wife r earning it is a matter that right caliber is utilized in govt. jobs. reason for unemployment in our country is that youth don't have the right kind of attitude which employer is searching for and one mentality which we Indian has to fight is that inplace of becoming a job seeker we have to become a job provider.
