i need 2 upload pics n there's a 1MB limit. theyre all 3MB so i need to downsize them.

start > All programs > Accessories > Paint

Open them in windows paint program. Click on image >stretch skew ( give a number smaller, say 50, 50 in the box front of stretch, Horizontal and vertical) press OK. Then save it as jpeg file with another name so that your original file remains intact. Check the final size of the image after saving. Repeat the procedure with the original image if you want it still smaller or bigger, by reducing or by increasing the stretch value.

look for a programme called advanced jpeg compressor (you should be able to find a fully functional copy pretty easily...), that will shrink the file size considerably without compromising the picture quality by resizing them and is very simple to use, your pictures will have a suitable file size within a minute

Use programs like drop box to store them on the web a or google pisesa cant spell it but go on google and click pics on the top u should find it

use ACD See 8 or 6 and then open the picture with ACD and click on Resize then change the size by clicking actual print size in and change it from inches to cm or mm ...then click ok ..

try opening with paint then click on image in the menu bar then attributes from the drop down then change the sizes and save as
