Is it true? I've never seen him shake his hands with anyone before(just waving) but I never thought its because of a risk of infection.

I heard that he moons you and then asks you if that reminds you of Rosie's face. He uses one hand to spread 'em and the other hand to hold his wig on when he bends over. Yuck. I don't think I'd want to meet him.
