If you rephrase your question with "Are you living for the present?", my answer would be "yes." "Past" is past and impossible to live on. So is the "Future" since the future is just a frame of reference. Imagine yourself walking under the sun. Your shadow behind you represents your past while your shadow in front of you represents your future. You can see them both but you cannot touch, feel, taste nor smell them. Your shadow is a disembodied representation of yourself, yourself being the present. It is not for your shadows that you are always in communion with. It is with yourself!
