Well crest strips will actually do more harm than good, so I say invest a little more and pick up a product called "Go Smile" (available at Sephora.Com) It's a little more than Crest stripes but worth it! If you purchase the "B1" series, you will see results after the first application. It's different for everyone but on average whitens up to ten shades in only 7 days when you use it twice a day. Plus, it won't eat offf your enamel like cheaper ones. They come in quick easy to use vials that you brush on for about 2 minutes and just avoid drinking or eating for 20 mintues after wards, beats sitting with your mouth open for 30 mintues (lol) It only costs $89 and will last much longer. For those that drink wines, sodas or smoke, I recommend doing this 2 a year and maintaing with touch up vials alao avaiable at Sephora.com. Good Luck!

Okay.... I would suggest getting your teeth cleaned first by your dentist, then follow these procedures to keep your teeth white. 1.) Floss thoroughly. 2.) Brush teeth for 2 minutes at least. 3.) Gargle with Listerine. Then once a week, use a whitening gel that you can apply in strips to your mouth, and let it sit there for 30 minutes. Baking Soda is a bad idea, I wouldn't suggest it. Crest or Listerine brands (whitening strips) are fine for whitening teeth, just don't leave them in long. By doing this, you don't damage your teeth and increase the health and strength while giving yourself a great shine. :) Hope that helps you out. Remember that your local dentist can give you further advice!

I was reading online today about which way to whiten teeth is the best way. On one site it said to use the whitening trays. The strips and paint are a quick fix and dont last as long. The trays are only like 20 bucks at target and i think they work great.

Crest has a good web site. It takes approximately 10 days for the first results and they last like 6 months (depending on the food you take and if you smoke and drink strong tea or coffee). The price is something like 20 $ (it is also at the web site)
