God never made a TOOTH. It' evolution that progressively made some animals change from edentates (i.e. toothless) to dentates.

No metal - only the dentist uses metal when replacing teeth.

you mean a human tooth?? well... teeth are part of our skeletal system so, as far as i know it's bone. and the coating, i think is made of enamel.
