If you want the same picture in the background of all slides, insert it in the Slide Master.

View - Slide Master then follow the instructions for entering the background picture. Then close the slide master and the pic will be on all slides

1. Right click your presentation.
2. Select "Background..."
3. In the color selection box, select "Fill Effects..."
4. Go to the picture tab.
5. Browse for a picture, then OK, and then OK again.
6. Finished.

go to the top left corner and click format
the second last one says background, click it
if you have a saved picture heres what you do
then a small box comes out
on the bottom left corner below the picture is a arrow next to a blanc space, click it then click fill effects, go to picture and press select picture and find you picture then press APPLY or APPLY to ALL depending on how many slides you want the picture to be the background

1) first you save your picture in any file
2)then you right click your mouse at the slide (in power point program)
3)select the word (background)
4)click on the arrow (pointing down),and click fill effects.
5)click on picture
6)click select picture
7)locate the picture you save earlier.
8)when you found your picture click on the picture and click the word insert.
9)then click OK.
10)you should have see the picture in your presentation background.
