its believed many unmarried souls and souls with desires un-fulfilled remain and cant leave this materialistic world.they are supposed to remain on this earth.how to relive them of their suffering

getting a mass said for them is supposed to help or saying loads of prayers there are some specific prayers for them but cant think of them now. but mass supposed to be the most powerful thing that can be done for them. i hope thats what you mean and that its some help

I don't think being unmarried has anything to do with it per se but there are are a few different ways that this has been achieved in the past. You could try bringing in a priest of some kind or just praying yourself, or you could try bringing in a psychic that deals in these matters.

I've never heard such rubbish. Not only can you not construct a coherent sentence but you believe that "unmarried souls... haunt the earth". It sounds like the plot from a cheap horror movie.

Not everyone needs to get marry, you can be fullfilled without getting marry. And you don't marry because you need material things. You marry for love. Getting marry is doesn't mean long lasting happiness. It's additional responsibility and commitment. It needs a lot of work. If I get marry that's fine and if I don't that's fine also. It doesn't make me incomplete if I am not married. People don't need to marry. But rather they want to marry.
but the suffering souls you pray for them. I don't think souls suffers if they don't get marry. they're free

I do not believe this to be true. When the body dies, the spirit leaves, either to heaven or hell. They do not hang around waiting for their suffering to be relieved or to haunt the ones who "wronged" them.
