Elvis is still enormously popular all over the world. To give you and example think of all the " Elvis Impersonators " and the conventions they have. They attract people from all over the world. There is even an " Elvis Festival " held annually here in Australia in a country town called Parkes.

music shouldn't belong to any era .in case you like a particular kind or singer than this is all that concerns.i'm no longer able to be bothered with to-days pop alternatives as all of them sound undesirable (to me) I regularly like instrumental music of evergreen songs that are performed properly.I in no way lots cared for the Beatles making a music their very own songs yet i like solid instrumental variations of a few of their terrific arrangements. and that i agree Elvis became particular .He ought to sing a brilliant array of musical types .

I went to Graceland a few years ago and it's easy to understand why he is still so famous nearly 30 years after his passing. America has simply not had such a great original since.
