This is such a bad situation. I hate the word non-biological, but those word must be told to understand my question. My grandson is 10 and spends the majority of week-ends here because my son lives out of town. The reason he comes here is because his mother's mouth is nasty in most ways. She nags continually. Every time that I talk to my grandson on the phone, she is yelling. She drops him off and picks him up, she is nagging. She knows that she can stop him from coming anytime that she wants and I do not have a legal leg to stand on. Is there a "nice" way to get the witch to get help?

First you will have to befriend her be nice to her and make her trust you. Then th elines of communication will be open and you can help her for your grandsons sake

Record her and send her a CD with her voice constantly nagging. At the end of the CD, ask her to seek help in your wn voice.
Some people don't know how they're acting until they hear it themselves.
