My bones is shrinking and I don't know why. Maybe because I'm stress and I don't eat proper diet. Oh, and I don't exercise almost a year.

I really need help to increase my bone density. I hear drinking milk helps but I need variety of food to increase my bones density. Help...

My current weight is 45. Before was 47.

Maybe you should get a bone density test. It isn't painful, and only takes about ten minutes. You should see a doctor and he may put you onto pills for osteoporossis(not sure if it is spelt correctly). Have more calcium. Good luck. LIZ

just check on what have you eat lately. you should also check on the posture you sleep or sit make sure you don't hunch, and maybe you should have a proper diet which contain lots of calcium. If your bone are still shrinking you might just need to consult the doctor.
