When I am lying down "N" wanna get up, it hurts me. When I move my legs to take a step I get really bad pains in my groin area. Its like I have to slide my legs instead of lifting them to walk. Did I pull a muscle or did I do somthing much more severe?

I had this in both of my pregnancies. It is where the ligaments are loosening so the pelvis moves more than it should. The pain in your groin is where the pelvis is joined and again is being relaxd, this will help increase the spac for the baby to come out. It does have a name and I can't remember it (sorry) go to your doctor or physio, they can give you a special belt which will help support your bump and ease the pain in your hips and groin. If it gets too bad they will put you on crutches. It can last for upto 18mths after he birth as well. When you are lying down try putting a pillow between your knees and under your hip if you lie on your side. Hope this helps. Feel better :-)

Sounds like a pulled muscle to me, get some rest, if it doesnt get better within a few days, give the doctor a ring.
