Use a Smith-Machine. Most gyms have one. Do jump-squats with the barbell resting on your shoulders. Use a weight that will allow you to get no more than 3 to 5 inches off the ground. Do 5 sets of 10 reps. Increase the weight you use by 10 pounds every week. Do this exercise twice a week, resting 3 days before working it again. Also, wear ankle weights as often as you can.

you dont need jump programs. just stand next to a wall at a 90 degree angle. Jump and reach with the hand against the wall as high up as you can. do this about 10 times, turn and do the same with the other side. repeat over and over every day. Stretch, and lift weights with a low weight and lots of repetition.
