Your dream is just giving you a safe outlet to get a taste of something that can never be. I wouldn't read that much into it. Maybe the purpose of the dream was to give you a sense of satisfaction and closure. You both have moved on but the reasons why you broke up (the bad stuff) tends to fade from memory over time, it's normal to go down memory lane and pick out the good stuff, spinning it around in our dreams.

It is very common for people to dream about ex-partners. Individuals that have been an important part of our lives continue to take up a part of our mind and heart. It is impossible to very dramatically shut the person out of thoughts and feelings. Just because the relationship ends does not mean that all is finished. As we go through relationships we learn and at times pick up "battle wounds." You will continue to dream about your ex-boyfriend until you "let go" of him on a very important level, or until you learned your lessons from that relationship. Either way, dreaming about your ex-romance does not predict future involvement. It may be wish-fulfillment, reliving memories, or working out old issues.

it all about how you felt after having the dream. did you feel sad? i sometimes dream about things happened long ago, things i have already forgotten, and sometimes i can just laugh at them when i wake up in the morning. and sometimes they make me extremely sad.
best thing to do is not to worry. you have a new guy in your life. ask your self whether you are happy with him. move forward not backwards.

Wake Up! Sometimes we just dream about past moments in our life. That is all I can think of. Why not try thinking about your future just before you go to sleep and see how wonderful it could be with out that old 'baggage'.....?

LOL oh honey, you should nOt let your dreams tell you what you want, only you know, and if you're questioning it, then I don't think so, most likely it's just your mind going over things, and remembering the past, and mixing it up with the present.

Maybe subconsciously. But you know the answer to that question. Don't pay too much attention - after all it was only a dream. Be strong.

No, you just still feel hurt and need affirmation. He just represents a man, any man. What you want is a new relationship and to feel worthwhile.
