No it is fine to spank as long as it is not bad

Keeping the spanking to the bottom of the Child, is not. It never hurts to get the meaning home to the Child if talking doesn't get you there, but use a gentle hand while doing so.
For the most part, Children whom had a couple of spankings usually catch on fast and are less interested for to many re peat performances. That means, he/she gets you're point and the raising of the Child becomes easier.
In my opinion, that's what's wrong today with our young, they've gotten away with to many things and not enough consequences, the law is not help to you on this subject, the Church is though.

No, but California is trying to pass a bill that will ban parents from being able to spank their children. Personally, I think it's a parent's choice as to how they want to discipline their child. But I don't live in Cali so it's no worry to me!
