you need a break. the longest period you should study for is 30 to 45 Min's then take a 5 to 15 min break go get fresh air get food whatever just unwind forget about it for your break then head back to it. do a timetable. highlight notes so to help you remember. make answers into point forms can expand on them in exam. do out answers from previous exams listen in lectures for any hints and get good night sleep and eat healthily.

It's hard for the fast thinkers to get motivation because everything becomes a routine in no time for them.

Go to bed at 8 PM. Get up at 4 AM. That will give you enough sleep. See if you can study at 4 AM with your fresh brain. Normally you get motivated when you have plenty of sleep. One mistake people do is to study in the night which is like giving punishment to the brain after doing the day-2-day work.

The books you are studying are boring. Rewrite them, to make them interesting. Do enough research to make your version very accurate. It's the surest way to become an expert in that area of study. And becoming an expert is the whole purpose of study, so you will have accomplished your purpose.

You can get revenge on the boring authors, by having your version compete with theirs, and become more popular than theirs.

i'm same as you...hard to memorize, quick to answer, fast thinker but slow learner...what i do is tell myself i'm going to make a mnemonic and i also study 1 hr and take a small break and stuff...cuz my head hurts...i keep thinking of things all at once...just sit down...answer a question or two between studying....walk around..shoot the breeze..get back to concentrating...i kno its hard sometimes....just think of ur future...bum or successful? that's the only reason i decide to make my head hurt...goodluck...

LOL! Sit back , relax and enjoy the flavor. When you finish the shampoo bottle, just reach for the conditioner. Take your time and enjoy the good things in life.

you're actually like me.

try to relax your mind, have a massage, sleep early, eat a balanced diet, exercise, watch a movie, go on soul-searching, play your favorite sport with friends.... think positively, free yourself from worries, and dont forget to pray.

I think you should take the short break and do more exercise. If you have time, you should read more books.
