I try to look at the good things get going do somthing about it....you might want to talk to you doctor about counsling

See your doctor. He will put you in touch with a counsellor.
You may now anti-depressants too. But do not be afraid to take
them - they really do help and it won,t be forever. They just
help to get you on the right road until you are ready to talk
to someone about the reasons why you are feeling depressed.
There is a lot of help out there - but you must seek it.

I write a to do list..and just take time to think what i can do to be productive in life..then go for a walk and helps calm me down and think better.

Usually, I have to do the laundry. Can't allow that kind of indulgent feeling for myself.
