My friend, if you've taken the morning after pill within 72 hours of having sex you will most probably NOT be pregnant. Don't freak out ok? Just be calm. If you cannot wait till your next periods to confirm that you are indeed not pregnant go and get a pregnancy (urine) test from your local pharmacist and use it. This will bring you to ease.
Good luck.

Okay, it's impossible that you could be feeling pregnancy at this point. What you are feeling is stress and possibly some side effects of Plan B because it is a large dose of hormones. Relax. The chance that you are pregnancy is very slim infact, you're more likely to have contracted an STI than to have gotten pregnant from a broken condom and after taking Plan B.
If you're not sure about the sexual health of your partner, see a doctor for testing.
As for pregnancy, wait for your period. If it doesn't show up take a test. Sometimes Plan B can cause your period to delay, so don't freak out. If the test results are negative, continue to test until you a) get a postive result in which case you need to see a doctor or b) get your usual period in which case you are not pregnant (usual being the keyword some women mistake bleeding during pregnancy for a period, but it's not a period as that's impossibe!)
Oh and the cycle calculation thing, doesn't actually work. It's a good reference, but many women especially young women have irregular cycles or ovulate irregularly or even multiple times a month.
This might be a good time to consider a long term method of back up hormonal contraceptive. I really love the pill! It has so many benefits beyond just contraceptive, but it does have it's risks and that choice is something you should discuss with your doctor. Good luck!

Seriously! You should be on the pill and be using condoms if you are that scared!
There is no way to tell if you got pregnant and if the morning after pill worked. It all depends on when you rbody decides to ovulate. My best advice is for you to go to your doctor and request a blood test for pregnancy. It is the most accurate way and can detet pregnancy as early as 24-48 hours afterwards.
as for all the "cycle crap", even then people could not give you a positive answer, again, it depends on when you are avulating and although the average is 14 days before your next period, that is the average, you could be completely different.
Good luck and please get on the pill and use condoms!

this is all psychological. u are having cramps because you're period is going to start soon- don't worry about it. you are just freaking out that your pregnant so your body is reacting differently than usual. just calm down and take a pregnancy test in about two weeks or so. thats all u can really do right now,
if you still have these pains and ur period didnt come or it did and u still have the pain then visit a clinic. plan parenthood is very confidential, i suggest it.

If you took the morning after pill it is very unlikely you are still pregnant but it is quite likely that you were considering it was just before your period which means it was your most fertile time. If the morning after pill did it's job then you aren't pregnant but get a test and take it on the day you are meant to get your period. That will give you the right answer.
