In the middle of a 28 day cycle for about a 24 hour period but you can get pregnant five days either side. BUT you can ovulate at any time apparently and can get pregnant during a period so I am told by my doctor so no time is 100% safe. All my life I thought there were safe times and although there are safer time nothing is 100% tro avoid pregnancy
