It's probably one of those SCAMS so do nothing. No winner should ever have to pay or provide any financial details!
I've 'won' 100's of email lottery's without ever having entered any.
You don't get owt for nowt!

The prize is obviously not free if you have to pay for it. Inform the Police of this scam ASAP. They will guide you on what they want you to do.

I received a similar email the other day and deleted it immediately. It's definitely a scam! Do not provide them with any information.

If you have master card or even you others dont give the Id no. otherwise you will cxome in road they will hack your password and in the place of giving money they take from you. They are like a thief.....never take a chance to do like this.........

please follow the advice given by the friends above. you think ,let somebody wants to give you a big sum of money why they need a little amount from you? they can subtract whatever they want from the amount they are offering to you.why cant they? all are cheating fellows. dont spend even a penny on this

This is a scam. They send such emails to try and fool people and mainly to get their confidential informations. Report it .

Free Lottery is Scandal. Once you reply to their given email, they will ask you your identification proof in soft copy. Once you will submit soft copy they will misuse. So please for god say don't reply or submit any documents. They are fraud.
Even if you want taste by yourself by submiting or following their instruction. They will ask you to pay few thousand dollars by pay pal or money draft. They you will realize your mistake after losing money like me. Ahh......
