I'd like to know if it will be warm enough for an outdoor wedding at the end of April in the South Bay area of San Francisco.

Try the Wikipedia and Wikitravel. Write down "San Francisco" then press ENTER.

San Francisco is usually in the 60s and 70s (for highs) all year round. Minimums are 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Very rarely does it snow.
However, SF is known to be foggy and humid. I do believe that SF has the most moderate and stable weather in the whole world; January being very close to July and August, so don't worry about April; it's in between!

You don't want to move to Central Florida without a job lined up, especially the Orlando area. The Orlando area has a high unemployment rate and finding a job within 6 months is a gamble. When it comes to apartments, you get what you paid for. Cheap apartments are usually rundown and/or located in high-crime areas. As for jobs related to your major, you'll have to research employment opportunities yourself as that's not my area of expertise. Keep in mind that employers in Florida tend to pay low wages. I recommend saving more than $3000. More like $6000 or so to get you started. Good luck!

Excellent question. Good planning. This is NOAA's National Prediction Center's site: http://www.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/products/forecasts/

From which you can obtain the official outlook for the upcoming Spring in S.F.
