Go to the Petronus Towers, take a trip to the viewing platform, then the KL tower the view from its observation platform is very interesting. At its base is 10 acres of wild-life park. What about taking a trip outside to Malacca just a couple of hours on the bus and a very historic and interesting place, doable in a day if you start early enough.
I believe there is a bird sancturary. The National Museum is worth a visit.

First, do not miss the Petronas Twin Towers, it is a must see!
After that it is depend on your interest, if you like culture and history you can go to the National Museum, if you like shopping, there're tons of shopping malls and shopping street around Bukit Bintang and Chinatown. I suggest you try their cuisine though, it is splendid...!!
you can also go to Sunway Pyramid for some relaxing shopping, and theme park..Genting Highland is you have more time...but I dont recommend going there if you are just visiting for 2 days...
