I know someone who played high school basketball but didn't get a chance to play college. Is there any way someone can be looked at for the NBA if the person is good?

He could try his hand at Semi-Pro ball and be lucky enough to be noticed by NBA scouts. If that would be the case, he'd go to the NBADL (National Basketball Association Development League). There, he'd have his chance to improve and then brought up to the NBA team.

OR try NBAE (Europe).
