Civilization as it is usually defined seems to be that one cultural group becomes so organized that they can commit murder, theft robbery and enslavement on other groups in a much more efficient and thorough manner.

This was begun when the first person noticed that he was larger and stronger than another person and dominated him.

This type of power is so addictive that it rapidly spins out of control, and indeed has. We have, by almost universal agreement, 7,000 years of human civilization, and many if not most believe much longer, but the evolution of society is very well documented for those 7,000 years.

It has come to the point, now, that it will actually be possible for one person to be the Emperor of the world. The only contention is which thoroughly corrupt and immoral dictator that one will be.

How about the one going on right now in Zimbabwe where white people are being murdered in a barbaric fashion. The country has gone from a leading exporter of food to one that is starving due to the eradication of white farmers.
Yet the world does nothing to help.

Both are horrible and are linked to the European explorers trying to conquer the "new world".

However the term "western civilization" actually refers to the cultures and societies that spawned WEST of Asia - for example, the Greeks, Romans, Egyptians, Babylonians and onto what we know today.

The one Hitler did to the Jewish people.
That was personal, he killed them because he just didn't like them.
