And what country are you from ??? not every body knows or heard of Macapagal Arroyo,i for one don;t know him ,and i been in the UN peace keeping forces for 15 years and been to a few country's ,but never heard of this guy,,
If a elected government is in place elected president,
then he must be the best you have ,you may disagree ,
you are probably the opposition,,so give him a chance
if his not good ,don't vote him in next time,,LOL

Most nations operate under a chain of command. Rulers usually have advisers to help with decision-making. Businesses, schools, churches, and families should all be run under a chain of command to ensure proper and safe operations. Just imagine one person making decisions for 30 billion people!!! Wouldn't work would it?
